Swimming for kids
Good swimmers - Confident kids!
Swimming is an excellent sport for the physical, mental, and emotional development of your children. Not only will they have fun, but they will also learn a life-saving skill that will give you peace of mind when near a body of water. Regular swimming sessions stimulate children’s growth, harmoniously develop their muscles and skeletal system, making swimming an ideal sport for preventing or correcting spinal deformities. The cardiovascular and respiratory systems also improve significantly, increasing lung capacity and fostering proper breathing techniques, which enhance all functions and systems in a child’s body.
Physically, swimming develops motor skills, coordination, strength, endurance, flexibility, speed, and many other qualities in children, all while posing minimal risk of injury, as it is perhaps the most gentle sport for the body. It strengthens the body, boosts the immune system, and reduces the likelihood of illness. Additionally, swimming undoubtedly improves discipline, independence, and organization in children.
During the training process, we will apply the latest trends and methodologies in children's swimming education. We will ensure the little ones have fun while finding ways to channel their boundless energy.
Swimming lessons for children are available in group or individual formats. To choose the most suitable option for you, contact us by phone or through our contact form.
Swimming for adults
It's never too late - learn to swim!
Swimming is a suitable sport for people of all ages. The good news is that you don’t need extraordinary physical abilities to practice it, and your weight doesn’t matter. However, this doesn’t mean swimming is an easy skill—in fact, it’s quite the opposite. You’ll need patience and consistency, but the effort will pay off. Even when starting from scratch and not yet swimming independently, the training involves exercises that engage all muscle groups and improve your coordination.
The more you progress, the more you’ll feel the benefits of the training outside the pool. Whether it’s running to catch a bus or climbing several flights of stairs, you’ll notice a significant improvement in your endurance. Swimming enhances the respiratory and cardiovascular systems, boosts metabolism, reduces stress, and strengthens immunity. It’s a sport that helps maintain normal blood pressure and cholesterol levels while reducing the risk of stroke, heart attack, diabetes, and more. Additionally, it is one of the least injury-prone sports due to its gentle nature.
Beginner training starts with exercises to help you get comfortable in the water, learn proper breathing, and practice gliding. Next, you’ll learn the techniques for freestyle and backstroke. Once these styles are mastered and refined, training progresses to breaststroke, and finally to butterfly, which requires specific swimming muscles and is usually taught at a later stage.
For advanced swimmers, we focus on improving technique, developing specific strength and endurance in the water, increasing speed, and mastering the techniques for starts and turns. Swimming lessons are offered individually or in small groups.
Swimming for parents and children
Shared time and emotions
This type of training is perfect for parents who don’t have time to work out on their own and want to strengthen their bond with their child. Instead of waiting while your little one trains, you can join them in the pool. These sessions are incredibly fun, combining the beneficial with the enjoyable. However, this doesn’t mean the workouts are less intense compared to other activities.
It’s true that children often get distracted when they see their parents in the pool, but on the other hand, it motivates them to discover unexpected abilities in the water. Do something good for your health together and have fun while doing it!
